Boy oh Boy!

Hello my blog watchers. I hope you all survived today's Earthquake! As my building got evacuated, I noticed so many people calling their loved ones to see if they were okay. Then I thought to myself, I wonder how many
babies will be conceived today? Yes, that's how my thought process works! Which brings me to this post. I took
these photos back in February and March - these little guys are three weeks apart. I wanted to share these pics, because they are too cute not to share. What do you think?
Remember Lisa and Stefano? Meet their baby boy Sebastiano. Just 7 days old, and such a sleepy little guy!
Check out his smile too =) I wonder what he was thinking?

This is Sebastiano's friend Logan (their mommies are friends). Logan is 10 days old here and a little more energetic than Sebastiano, as you can tell! Look at those lips!

Ale & Alex

You may recall the teaser pic we put up of this couple stopping traffic at Dundas Square (ok not really, diagonal crossing). Here are few more from that eventful e-session. Ale & Alex are 905'ers so we decided we'd take them around the streets of T.O. and shoot away while they took it all in. We spent so much time with them, and it just felt like we were shooting our friends. That's what we love about e-sessions, it breaks the ice and gets our clients comfortable in front of the camera. These turned out so well, I almost didn't want to put our logo on them! Jess + Matt = Destination Dominican Republic

I recently had the opportunity fly to the Dominican to capture the wedding of my cousin Jess and her fiance Matt. Destination weddings are a great opportunity to bond with family friends over the period of a few days, and both families did just that. I had such a good time hanging out with everyone, that when it came time to shoot it felt like I knew everyone for years. The couple was married at the Riu Bachata on a picture perfect cliff overlooking the ocean which made for some amazing captures! There were many, but here are a few of my favorites: Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

Sarah and Nathan

What an amazing weekend! Darryl and I spent a lot of time shooting this weekend - and boy, was it a great weekend to shoot outdoors =) We got together with Sarah and Nathan on Sunday afternoon. When we first met Sarah and Nathan, they were house hunting at the same time I was. I could sense their frustrations and stresses during our first couple meetings. They were bidding on many houses, and had no luck. When Sarah let me know they got a house that they originally wanted, I was so happy for them because I had just gone through the same frustrations! We met up in the area where they bought their house - and they showed Darryl and I around. We had an amazing afternoon. Sarah and Nathan took us to the restaurant where Nathan proposed. During one of our first meetings, they told us about the proposal and how Nathan popped the question, while Sarah had just taken a big bite of her chocolate cake! We ordered up a chocolate cake, sat at the same table where Nathan proposed and had some fun with the chocolate cake. One more thing I want to mention - when we were on the bridge, this crazy cold mist took over the entire bridge. I wanted to mention that =)

Ale & Alex E-Session Teaser

Here's a teaser of Ale and Alex literally stopping traffic this past weekend at dundas square. We had a blast setting up these shots and the bride and groom to be were down for anything! Even an impromptu parade didn't stop the photo taking. I'm excited about this set, more to come soon. Photobucket

Aisha + Ghouse Sneak Peek

The 2010 wedding season is in full swing, so expect to hear a lot from us in the coming months :) I was looking through Aisha and Ghouse's photos from this past weekend and I was really excited about these shots from Buttonville Airport. It was raining all morning and when the clouds parted for a few minutes Vicky and I were able to grab some spectacular shots. As the rain came again, we moved inside to the airplane hanger. Great clouds, great location, and great couple = great photos! More to come soon! Photobucket Photobucket Photobucket

I've been taking photos, I swear!

Hi everyone! I haven't blogged in what feels like forever! How are you guys doing? I hope everyone is gearing up
for an amazing summer. Any exciting plans? I just bought a house, and I'm moving in at the end of June! I can't
wait to enlarge some pictures for my walls. Which ones will I choose? I'll keep you updated with which
ones make the cut. Anywho...last month, I got together with my favourite make-up artist, Pamella Alexandra
and took some pics! These are my favourite from the day. Let me know what you think =)

Happy Family Day!

During the winter months, when our wedding season slows down a bit, I do a lot of maternity, baby and family photo sessions. I thought I'd blog these pics on Family day!
My cousin called me up asking if I could take some pics of her little boys - why would I say no? Look at how cute they are! Aaden and Ashton had so much fun in the bath!

Love Songs

I've been spending the last few days listening to some good old love songs. When it comes to the time that I have to pick a wedding song, it's going to be the hardest thing to do. When my boyfriend and I first started dating, we always listened to John Legend's "Refuge (When it's cold outside)" together. This is a bit too high tempo for a wedding song, but I love the lyrics to this song, especially during the winter months. Happy Valentine's Day!

Lisa and Stefano - sneak preview

Here's a sneak peek of the photos I took of Lisa and Stef this weekend.
I am super excited about these photos and can't wait to share the rest of them with you.
Lisa is the master face maker, and anyone who knows Lisa well, will appreciate these photos.
